The following situations do not qualify for refunds or returns:

  • Compatibility issues unless the product was falsely advertised as compatible.
  • Products that were successfully downloaded or accessed unless they are proven defective.

Exchange Policy

Resolution of Disputes

In case of any disputes regarding refunds, we will work with you to resolve the issue amicably. If necessary, you may escalate the matter to a third-party payment provider or platform where the purchase was made.
